Рассоха Игорь Николаевич родился в 1965 г. в Харькове. В 1989 г. окончил исторический факультет Харьковского государственного университета. В 2000 г. защитил кандидатскую диссертацию по специальности "социальная философия и философия истории". Автор нескольких научно-популярных книг, а также ряда научных публикаций и публикаций в прессе. Доцент Харьковской национальной академии городского хозяйства. В 2005 году назначен советником главы Харьковской облгосадминистрации по гуманитарным вопросам на общественных началах.
